This is the Original Tandoori Marinade. Mel's Tandoori marinade is also delicious on tiger prawns or marinate a whole fish! Easily done on the barbecue or in the home oven.

This is a versatile & delicious, piquant chutney sauce. Try this yummy chutney with finger foods, roast meat, in sandwiches, in grilled paninis or with smoked chicken. Great to serve on an anti-pasto platter with cold, spicy meat slices. You could also use it as a marinade for pork or chicken wings and then slap them on the bbq - delicious!
